Going non-stop
Sorry it’s been so long since our last entry. We’ve been crazy busy. It seems that just as soon as a listing sells, we replenish our inventory with a new listing. But t’s all good. Staying busy keeps us on our toes. Looking at our activity, it’s obvious that our attached listings (that’s apartments and townhouses) get more attention from buyers. And it’s understandable why. Many buyers are first-time buyers on a limited budget. That’s why all the reasonably priced apartments and townhouses get snatched up so quickly. That’s what many first-time buyers can afford.
Demand for homes is still running high and prices are following accordingly. It’s very difficult to find a home in Burnaby for under $500,000. But that’s the housing boom for you. We’ll keep you updated.
