The Burnaby real estate market just got hotter! Last weekend, we attended a preview of Centre Point Living, the lastest apartment/townhouse project in Metrotown. Developed by Intracorp Developments Ltd., the 32 storey apartment building is set to be the tallest residential tower in Metrotown. It’s definitely an exciting addition for Burnaby!
What attracted us to Centre Point Living was its convenient location and its unique features. Residents at Centre Point Living won’t have to worry about crossing the busy traffic on Kingsway since they’ll have access to a secure pedestrian skybridge to Metrotown Mall. Talk about convenience! Residents will also enjoy the building’s numerous amenties including: a party room with high-tech gaming stations, a billiards table, an exercise room with steam rooms, a fully-furnished one bedroom guest suite, plus a one-acre roof park with fire place, BBQ, bocce court, tai chi area and zen garden.
Centre Point Living will offer apartments and townhouses. Completion is slated for Summer 2007. We don’t normally get worked up about upcoming developments, but Centre Point Living is an exception. This development is going to be a fantastic addition to Burnaby and its residents!
