Spring Break
With Spring Break just around the corner, it looks like the housing market is taking a bit of a breather. But we don’t mind because it gives us a chance to spend some quality time with the kids. They’re growing so fast that we try to spend as much time with them as we can. Soon enough, we know they won’t want to hang out with old mom and dad anymore so we’re making the most of this time.
It looks like our son will be playing hocky for part of the break. He’s played hockey since he was three and he’s really into it now. His team is doing well and they should be wrapping up the season next week. I hate to admit it, but I won’t miss driving him to his practices three times a week! Parents need a break too.
Other than watching TV, our daughter is interested in taking scrap booking classes during the break. It seems like scrap booking is the latest craze and she’s right in there. She’s got a creative streak in her and needs an outlet to let it shine.
So in between showing homes and talking to clients, we plan to be active with the kids. They’ll probably want to see the new animation, Robots. Other than that, we don’t have any plans. We’re all for taking Spring Break one day at a time.
